This place is fabulous! It also helps it's within walking distance of our house. The brews are always delicious and it's not even annoying when there's a 30+ minute wait for a table because you can hang out, drink beer, and play cornhole!!!!! Every thing I have ordered here has been delicious and crazy large portions. Last time I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled salmon, holy amazingness. Tonight I went for the warm artichoke dip and the brewpub chili.

I'm very sad I didn't take a picture of my food before I devoured it! I was expecting over priced food that tasted like a cafeteria preparing it for thousands and thousands of people because this is a tourist town so you know that they turn out tons of meals all day every day and I was so happy with my meal! I got the southwest burger and I added bacon and had it cooked medium and an order of the fried green beans my order was ready exactly when I was promised it it was hot and flavorful and cooked perfectly! My family is planning a weeklong stay here next year and I guarantee will eat a few nights at this restaurant! I can't believe I almost forgot to mention the hostess! I walked in to a smiling happy face that greeted me so kindly! Well done y'all!

Their Ukrainian stout is super smooth. I'm going to say it's the best stout I have ever tasted... I've had quite a few. The poor Richard's amber is superb. Great make of amber. The NIP Barleywine is a great barleywine with a 10% ABV. They have a Honeymoon Lager that we are hoping to find in cans to take home. The peachy peach wheat beer is also a keeper. We had the three wild caught salmon street tacos... each. I would say this is a really good brewery with outstanding "bar food"... definitely a 'Go To' place, definitely somewhere I would return to, definitely somewhere I would recommend to a friend.

Hung out with owner Tony Simmons, Mgr Monique, brewer Dave & bartender Cynthia the last several days since my vacation arrival. I've been coming here for many, many years since their beginning days. I had a great time today particularly, learning of the fresh brewing of their new Belgian tripel, and recent saison that is still settling. It was fun to hang in the original beer garden under the ponderosa pines & to belly up to the original bar (currently Sun-Tue.) I understand completely the need to downsize on these days until staffing & patronage are up to full strength. Keep up the great work. I look forward to more fun days to come pending the end of my seasonal trip!
